Together we can make a difference

We are teaming up with One Voice One Team to provide employment opportunities for today’s youth. It has been a challenging year for our youth, many first-time job seekers were not able to gain their first summer job, and for retailers who employ many students, it is becoming more and more challenging to attract these first-time job seekers to their workforce.

This is why we decided to do something about it. One Voice One Team has been developing programs that empower youth and build the necessary confidence for them to be successful and contribute in a meaningful way for over a decade. At retailu we know how important it is for retail to thrive, we must fuel today’s pipeline with tomorrow’s leaders. Together OVOT and retailu are making it easier than ever to close the gap between hiring needs and employing tomorrow’s future retail leaders.
